Would you like to spend more time outside, connecting with nature and likeminded people?
Come along to our Wilder Wellbeing sessions to spend a couple of hours of “me time”, immersing yourself in nature-based activities such as:
- forest bathing
- pond dipping
- bird watching
- flora spotting
- nature through art
The sessions are led and intended to be a moment of relaxation and connection in your week.
The sessions are on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month, and the group will meet 10am-12pm. Come as often as you'd like, there's no obligation to attend every session. Bring a friend, or meet new people here.
The sessions are FREE to attend, but please book online to let us know you are planning to come along.
You can book the sessions individually or book onto several at once.
